At June 2014 SoftCapital has sold all it´s Intellectual proterty rights to the Swedish capital fund “Nordic Capital” fund 7. All intellectual property rights will be included in the portfolio company “CameronTec” – also a Nordic Capital portfolio company.
Among the ip the flagship product Zonar, a real-time Trading and risk management system for all asset classes and the multi purpose trading terminal “Radar”

Part of the personnel of SoftCapital will for a period work for CameronTec to help with inclusion of the products as well as participate in new development of advanced tools for the Fintech Industry.
